Street Dance

Our Street classes are all about energy, confidence, musicality and individuality. Expect high-energy choreography, powerful movement and plenty of personality as dancers develop their performance skills and find their own style.

ESDC dancers compete at On The Beat, taking part in both solo and team competitions. It’s a fantastic opportunity for dancers to challenge themselves, perform on stage and experience the excitement of competitive Street dance.

Acro

Our newest style at ESDC, Acro combines dance technique with strength, flexibility, balance and acrobatic skills. Classes are taught by a fully qualified AcroTrix teacher, ensuring dancers learn skills safely while developing their physical ability and confidence.

Acro is the perfect addition for dancers who want to build strength, flexibility and control while adding exciting tricks and movements to their dance training.

Ballet

Build strong foundations, beautiful technique and confidence through our Ballet training at ESDC. Our Ballet classes are taught by a professional, qualified dance teacher who is qualified with the International Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). The ISTD is also the examination board we use at ESDC, giving our dancers the opportunity to work towards recognised dance examinations as they progress.

Whether your goal is to dance for enjoyment, develop your technique or work towards examinations and performance opportunities, our Ballet training provides dancers with the skills and discipline to grow.

Tap

Bring rhythm, musicality and personality to your dancing with Tap at ESDC. Taught by our professional, ISTD-qualified teacher, dancers develop their timing, coordination, musicality and technical ability.

We also offer the opportunity to work towards ISTD examinations, allowing dancers to track their progress and achieve recognised qualifications along their dance journey.

Modern

Our Modern classes combine technique, musicality, expression and performance. Taught by our professional, ISTD-qualified teacher, dancers develop their strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence while learning a wide range of Modern dance techniques.

With the opportunity to work towards ISTD examinations, ESDC dancers can develop their skills while working towards recognised achievements.

Cheer Dance

High energy, powerful performance and plenty of personality — Cheer Dance brings it all together! Our Cheer Dance classes are taught by multiple award-winning dancers from the prestigious CheerDance UK.

ESDC dancers have the opportunity to compete in solos, duos and teams, gaining valuable performance and competition experience throughout the year. Our Principal, Eden, is also proudly a judge at CheerDance UK competitions, bringing professional industry and competition experience directly into our training.

Lyrical

Lyrical at ESDC is all about combining beautiful movement with emotion, musicality and storytelling. Our classes are taught by award-winning dancers, giving students the opportunity to learn from experienced performers and develop their own individuality as dancers.

We proudly attend competitions each year, with dancers taking part in both solo and team categories, giving our students the chance to perform, compete and challenge themselves in a supportive environment.

Latin & Ballroom

Step onto the floor with our Latin & Ballroom classes, taught by Latin Formation British and English Champions. Dancers learn technique, timing, musicality and performance while experiencing the excitement of competitive dance.

At ESDC, our dancers have the opportunity to compete at All Nations competitions in both solo and pair categories, developing their confidence and skills while performing alongside dancers from across the competitive dance community.
